Do you offer custom furniture repurposing?

Yes! One of our favorite things is giving new life to old treasures. If you have a piece you’d like reimagined in true Marian style—bold, soulful, and unforgettable—reach out via our contact form to start the conversation.

Where do you source your decor and furniture pieces?

Our collection is a mix of vintage finds, curated accents, and custom pieces that honor eclectic charm. Our items are sourced from various sources from hand picked items at vintage markets to quality retail vendors. Every item is chosen or crafted with Marian’s fearless sense of style in mind—nothing ordinary, always something to remember.

Can I shop in person or is The Marian Collection online-only?

We’re currently an online boutique, but stay tuned! Pop-ups and special showroom experiences may be in the works. Join our mailing list to be the first to know about events and sneak peeks.

How long does it take to complete a custom furniture project?

Depending on the piece and the scope of the transformation, most custom projects take 4–8 weeks from design approval to delivery. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way—because your heirloom deserves the spotlight.

Do you only sell vintage pieces?

Not at all. While many of our pieces are vintage-inspired or repurposed, we also curate new decor and accents that carry the same eclectic, soulful vibe Marian was known for.

How long will it take to get my order?

Ready-to-ship decor and smaller items typically ship within 5–7 business days for standard shipping. Custom and repurposed furniture may take 4–8 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your piece’s journey to your door.

What is your return policy?

For any of our items that are one-of-a-kind vintage or custom-repurposed, all sales are final.

Please note that most vintage items come with some wear. However, we make sure to provide you with quality so we do promise that even with the potential wear, you will still receive something you can be proud of.

For the rest of the collection, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Since we strive to ship your orders same day, once purchase has been finalized, the order cannot be canceled. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

We take great care in packing and shipping, but if something arrives damaged, let us know right away or within 7 days with photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work toward a solution.

Is there a return fee?

Yes, there is a fee for the cost of returning the item.

How do I start a custom furniture project?

Simply fill out our custom request form (linked on our Custom Pieces page) and include photos of your piece or vision. From there, we’ll discuss your style preferences, timeline, and budget.

Can I request a custom design or revival for my own furniture?

Yes! Our custom repurposing service is one of our favorite offerings. Send us photos of your piece and your vision, and we’ll collaborate to create something uniquely yours.

How much does a custom revival cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the piece and the complexity of the design. Once we see your furniture and understand your vision, we’ll provide a detailed quote.

Do I get to approve the design before it’s completed?

Yes! During the consultation, we’ll discuss color palettes, materials, and overall vision of project so you can feel confident before we begin the transformation.

However, once consultation is complete and project has begun, the creative decisions discussed are final.

Do you ship nationwide?

We service Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding areas, however, we are willing to travel nationwide. The expense of travel will be discussed during consultation.

Do you pick up and deliver custom pieces?

Yes, but there is a pick up and delivery cost based on distance. Price is discussed during consultation.

You are welcome to transport your piece yourself if that's a better suited option.
