4. Orders & Acceptance

Offer to Purchase: When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Order Confirmation: Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This constitutes a binding contract.

Pricing Errors: If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Prices: All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping costs unless explicitly noted.

Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items dispatch within 1–3 business days. Fragile vintage pieces requiring professional packaging may take 3–5 business days. Custom or refurbished pieces may take 4–8 weeks.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping within the United States, as well as white-glove local delivery in Jacksonville, FL. International shipping is available to select countries.

Professional Packaging: All items are packaged with museum-quality materials and protective wrapping to ensure safe delivery.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured for their full value.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Vintage Items (Final Sale): Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of authenticated vintage items and custom pieces, all sales are final.

Non-Vintage Items: Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match our description, contact us within 48 hours at adam@themariancollection.com.

No Warranty on Vintage Items: Vintage and antique items are sold "as is" with all faults disclosed in the product description. We do not provide warranties on vintage items beyond our description accuracy.

The The Marian Collection LLC mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Marian Collection (“The Marian Collection LLC”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to The Marian Collection LLC’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Marian Collection LLC through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
