How does local delivery work?

We offer convenient local delivery throughout the Jacksonville area, up to 30 miles from our location. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, you'll automatically see if local delivery is available for your area along with the delivery fee (if applicable).

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver within a 30-mile radius of Jacksonville, FL. Our delivery zones are:

  • Zone 1 (0-5 miles): FREE delivery on orders $50+
  • Zone 2 (5-10 miles): $10 delivery, $5 on orders $100+, FREE on orders $200+
  • Zone 3 (10-20 miles): $20 delivery, $10 on orders $150+, FREE on orders $300+
  • Zone 4 (20-30 miles): $35 delivery, $20 on orders $200+, FREE on orders $400+

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. After you place your order, we'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule a convenient delivery window. Most deliveries are completed within 2-5 business days.

Do you offer white-glove delivery service?

Yes! For furniture and larger items, we include white-glove service at no extra charge. We'll bring your items inside, place them where you'd like, and remove all packaging materials.

Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?

We'll do our best to accommodate rush delivery requests. Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we'll let you know if expedited delivery is available for your area.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

We require someone to be present to receive the delivery, especially for furniture and valuable vintage items. We'll work with you to schedule a time that fits your schedule.

Do you deliver to businesses or only residential addresses?

We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses within our delivery zones. Just enter your business address at checkout.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! Once your order is out for delivery, we'll send you a notification with tracking information and an estimated delivery window.

What's your return policy for local delivery orders?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a pickup and process your return according to our standard return policy.

Can I add items to my order after it's placed?

If you'd like to add items before delivery, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to combine orders and adjust your delivery fee if applicable.

Is local delivery available for all products?

Local delivery is available for most items in our collection. Very large furniture pieces may require special arrangements—we'll contact you if this applies to your order.

How do I qualify for free delivery?

Free delivery is automatic when your order meets the minimum threshold for your delivery zone. The closer you are to us, the lower the threshold! Orders within 5 miles get free delivery at just $50.
