Local Delivery (Jacksonville, FL):
- White-Glove Local Delivery available for Jacksonville and surrounding areas
- Professional handling, pre-delivery coordination, and careful placement

International Shipping:
- Available to select countries
- Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Tracking & Delivery
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Most carriers provide:

Delivery Timeframes
Domestic (United States):
- Standard: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Expedited: 2-3 business days after shipment

International:
- 10-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions:
- Oversized Furniture: May require freight shipping (we'll contact you with options)
- Extremely Fragile Items: May be available for local pickup or delivery only
- International Restrictions: Some vintage items cannot be shipped internationally due to customs regulations
We'll notify you before purchase if an item has shipping limitations.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the box appears damaged, note it with the carrier and photograph before opening.
Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours at adam@themariancollection.com with photos. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue through replacement, repair coordination, or refund.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 5 days. We'll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
All shipments are insured for their full value. Your satisfaction is our priority.
International Customers
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Customs Documentation: We provide accurate customs declarations for all international shipments, including item descriptions, values, and country of origin.
Delivery Times: International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Please allow 10-21 business days from shipment date.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately at adam@themariancollection.com if you need to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before the item ships.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility.
